We are a factory with many years of expertise in plastic machinery. Additionally, we hold the right to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It's approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We offer pickup services from the airport or train station.

3. What is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent requirements, we can expedite the process to about 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What type of packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packaged in wooden boxes for an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. The customer must prepare materials for machine testing in advance and cover the costs for our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the day of departure until the day of arrival at the factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
8. What is your company's after-sales service?
We will promptly express ship any free replacement parts required.
