We are a specialized factory in plastic machinery and have been in this industry for many years. Additionally, we manage our own export processes.

2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China.It's approximately a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (or a 4-hour train journey). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or train station.
We warmly welcome you to visit our factory.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days. For urgent requirements, we can expedite the process to around 7 days.

4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

5. What packaging do you use for the product?
The equipment is coated with anti-corrosion oil and wrapped in plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.

6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineers can visit your factory for installation. Customers should prepare the materials required for testing the machine in advance and cover the costs for our technicians, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person.

7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
