Factory Location and Visit

 

Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is conveniently situated about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We offer pick-up services from the airport or station, making it easy for you to visit our factory.

 

Delivery Time

 

Our normal delivery time is 15-30 days. However, if you require the product urgently, we can expedite the process and deliver it within 7 days.

 

Payment Terms

 

We accept a 30% deposit with the balance to be paid before shipment. Additionally, we also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight for your convenience.

 

Product Packaging

 

Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film to ensure their protection during transportation. Please note that wooden box packaging incurs an extra cost.

 

Installation Service

 

We provide installation services by sending our experienced engineers to your factory. However, the customer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance. The customer is also responsible for the cost of our technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100USD per person from the day they start out until they arrive at the factory.

We offer a 12-month guarantee on our products, along with lifetime maintenance support. In case of any issues, we will promptly provide free replacement parts.
