Crafted with precision, the cylinder and screw stems of the extruder are constructed from premium alloy steel. This ensures optimal hardness and superior corrosion resistance, thanks to advanced precision finishing and nitrogen treatment processes.
The extruder offers adjustable height, lifting up to 3 meters to meet technological requirements. Featuring a bottom-blowing method for film production, the coiling unit is equipped with a torque motor to maintain appropriate tension, ensuring uniform rolling and facilitating effortless roll-changing.

We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years, and we possess the capability to export our goods directly.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China.It is approximately a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (or 4 hours by train). We offer pick-up services from the airport or train station.
We look forward to welcoming you to our factory.
3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges between 15-30 days. For urgent requirements, we can expedite the process to about 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Alternatively, we accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
Products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. Customers must prepare materials for testing the machine and bear the costs for the technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from the start day of travel until arrival back at the factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
