High-Speed Co-Extrusion ABA Film Blowing Machine

This high-speed co-extrusion PE blown film machine from ZHEJIANG YOUJIA MACHINERY CO.,LTD. is designed with two extruders and auxiliary parts, a rotating die head, and wind-cooling system. It is capable of blowing HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, metallocene polyethylene, and more to create two-layer complex composite films through a three-layer extrusion die head. This process enhances the films' physical properties, increasing strength, and improving obstruct properties and air tightness.

The resulting films are versatile and find applications in liquid film, pearl film, composite-based film, heat shrinkable film, tire separation membrane, anti-aging multi-functional film, anti-jamming membrane, impermeable film, stretch film, cable film, and more.
