2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It is about 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai or a 4-hour train journey. We will personally ensure your comfortable pick-up from the airport or station.

3. What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent requests, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We also accept an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
The product is protected with anti-corrosion oil and wrapped in plastic film. Optional wooden box packaging is available for an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineer can travel to your factory for installation. Customers should prepare the necessary materials for machine testing in advance and cover the associated costs, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the departure date until arrival at the factory.
7.What is your warranty policy?
We offer a comprehensive 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance service.
