1. Are you a factory or trading company?

 

We are a factory specialized in plastic machines for many years and have the right to export goods.

 

2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?

 

Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or train station.

 

3. How long is your delivery time?

 

Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it urgently, we can expedite the process and deliver within 7 days.

 

4. What are your terms of payment?

 

We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipment. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.

 

5. What packaging do you use for the product?

 

Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Please note that wooden box packaging incurs an additional cost.

 

6. Does your factory provide installation service?

 

Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. However, the customer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of the technician, including round-trip air tickets, visa expenses, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100USD per person from the day of departure until arrival at the factory.

 

7. What's your warranty policy?

 

We offer a 12-month guarantee and provide maintenance for the entire lifespan of the product.

 

8. What is your company's after-sales service?
