Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or train station.

Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.

The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an extra cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineer can visit your factory for installation. Customers should prepare the materials for machine testing in advance and cover the technician's costs, including round-trip air tickets, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from the departure day until arrival back at our factory.
