2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It's about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will gladly pick you up from the airport or train station to visit our facility.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. If you require expedited delivery, we can arrange for it in approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Alternatively, we accept an Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packaged in wooden boxes at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineers can visit your factory for installation. Customers should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover our technicians' costs, including round-trip airfare, visa expenses, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from departure until their return.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifelong maintenance service.
8. What is your company's after-sales service?
We ensure the prompt delivery of free replacement parts as needed.
