Our HD / LD PE Film Blowing Machine is designed for producing high-low pressure polyethylene, commonly used in creating laminating film, packing film, agricultural covering film, textile and clothing bags, and other packaging materials. The main motor features frequency control for improved speed regulation stability and energy savings up to 30%. The screw and material barrel are constructed with 38 chrome-molybdenum aluminum, nitrogen treated for durability. The lifting type traction frame ensures optimal cooling for films of any size.

1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory specialized in plastic machinery for many years, with the ability to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We offer pick-up services from the airport or station for visitors.
3. What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 15-30 days, but urgent orders can be expedited to about 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment, as well as Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. How do you package your products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and additional wooden box packaging is available at an extra cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. Customers are responsible for preparing materials for machine testing in advance and covering the technician's expenses, including airfare, visa, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance services.
8. What after-sales services does your company provide?
We promptly provide free replacement parts when needed.
