Vertical Mixer Machine

The vertical mixer operates by elevating raw materials from the bottom to the top of the barrel through the rapid rotation of a screw, scattering them in an umbrella-like pattern before returning them to the bottom. This process ensures that materials are thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed in a short period. Ideal for mixing plastic sheets, crushed materials, plastic granules, and both new and old plastic materials with added color masterbatch, the mixer is constructed from stainless steel, making it resistant to sticking and wear.

We are a specialized factory with many years of experience in plastic machinery. Additionally, we have the authorization to export goods directly.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It's about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time is 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite it to around 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance payable before shipment. Additionally, we accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packaged in a wooden box at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineers are available to travel to customer factories for installation. Customers need to prepare testing materials in advance and cover the cost of our technician's travel, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from departure until arrival back.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance service.
8. What is your company's after-sales service?
