3. How long is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days. However, if you need the product swiftly, we can expedite the delivery to approximately 7 days.

We require a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We also accept an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are safeguarded with anti-corrosion oil and wrapped in a plastic film. For enhanced protection, a wooden box package is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our expert engineer can travel to your factory to manage the installation. The customer is responsible for preparing the materials needed for machine testing in advance, and for covering our technician's costs, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from the departure day until the return.
