1. Are you factory or trading company ?
We are a factory that has specialized in plastic machinery for many years. Additionally, we hold the right to export goods ourselves, ensuring a seamless and direct supply chain.

2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is nestled in the industrious city of Ruian, Zhejiang Province, China. It's conveniently located about 40 minutes by plane or 4 hours by train from Shanghai. We are more than happy to arrange pick-up from the airport or train station.
We warmly welcome you to visit our factory and witness our operations firsthand.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery timeframe ranges from 15 to 30 days. However, for urgent needs, we can expedite delivery to approximately 7 days.

4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance to be paid before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

5. What package do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. If a wooden box package is required, it will incur an additional cost.

6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineer can travel to the customer's factory for installation. Customers should prepare the materials needed for testing the machine in advance and are responsible for the technician's costs, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the start until their return.

7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee along with lifetime maintenance services.
