High Speed Co-Extrusion ABA Film Blowing Machine
This co-extrusion PE blown film machine consists of two extruders and auxiliary parts, with a rotating die head and wind-cooling system. It is suitable for blowing HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and metallocene polyethylene, among others, to produce two-layer complex composite films with improved physical properties and strength, resulting in excellent obstructive properties and airtightness.
The films produced by this machine are commonly used in liquid film, pearl film, composite-based film, heat shrinkable film, tire separation membrane, anti-aging multi-functional film, anti-jamming membrane, impermeable film, stretch film, cable film, and more.

1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory specializing in plastic machines for many years, with the ability to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China, approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We offer pick-up services from the airport or station.
3. What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 15-30 days, but urgent orders can be expedited to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment, as well as Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. How do you package the products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, wrapped in plastic film, and can be packaged in wooden boxes for an additional cost.
6. Do you provide installation services?
Our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. The customer is responsible for providing necessary materials for testing the machine and covering the technician's expenses, including airfare, visa, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance services.
8. What after-sale services do you provide?
We promptly provide free replacement parts as needed.
