When folding isn't required, the film can bypass the folding frame, making versatile products such as vest bags and flat pockets.
Crafted with precision, the extruder, cylinder, and screw rods of our machine are made from high-quality alloy steel, nitrized for enhanced hardness and corrosion resistance. The specially-designed screw ensures excellent plasticizing quality, boosting production capacity. This machine is suitable for blowing various plastic films, including low-density polygene (LDPE), high-density polytene (HDPE), and linear low-density polytene (LLDPE).

1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years, and we also have the right to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It's approximately a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (or a 4-hour train journey). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or train station.
We warmly welcome you to visit our factory.
3. What is your typical delivery time?
Generally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it urgently, we can expedite it to about 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. We also accept an Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with a plastic film, and a wooden box package is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Our engineer can visit the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the costs related to our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from departure until their arrival back at the factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
8. What kind of after-sales service does your company provide?
We will promptly send free replacement parts as soon as possible.
