4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packed in wooden boxes at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineer can visit your factory for installation. Customers should prepare the materials used for testing the machine in advance and cover the costs of our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from departure until arrival at your factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
8. What is your company's after-sale service?
We will promptly send free replacement parts as needed.
