We are a factory specializing in plastic machines for many years. Additionally, we possess the authority to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will warmly welcome and pick you up from the airport or train station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Additionally, we accept an Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
Products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Please note that wooden box packaging incurs an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineers are available to perform installation at your facility. Customers should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and bear all costs for the supplier's technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the departure day until return.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee along with lifelong maintenance support.
