2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (or 4 hours by train). We offer pick-up services from the airport or station. You are welcome to visit our factory.
3. What is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent orders, we can expedite the process to about 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. How do you package your products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Our engineers can visit the customer's factory for installation. The customer must prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the technician's expenses, including airfare, visa, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person.
