2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We offer pick-up service from the airport or station. Welcome to visit our factory.
3. What is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. For urgent orders, we can expedite delivery within 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packaged in wooden boxes for an additional cost.
