This machine is exceptionally designed for producing film that can be folded in half multiple times, making it a cost-effective and affordable choice for new business ventures. The produced film is ideal for creating star-bottom garbage bags. Equipped with a folding frame on the winding part, the film can be folded multiple times to reduce the actual roll width while maintaining the unfolded width. This innovation eliminates the need for multiple folding frames in the bag-making machine. When folding is not required, the film bypasses the folding frame, enabling the production of items like vest bags and flat pockets.
Its extruder, cylinder, and screw rods are meticulously crafted from high-quality alloy steel that has undergone nitriding and precision processing. This enhances hardness and ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The specially-designed screw is optimized for superior plasticizing, boosting production capacity. This machine is adept at blowing plastic films such as low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE).

2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It's approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.

3. What is your delivery time frame?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite the delivery to around 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Additionally, we accept an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineer can travel to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the technician's costs, including round-trip air tickets, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 USD per person from departure until arrival back at our factory.
7.What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
8. What is your company's after-sales service?
